Director's Message

With the divine blessings of our beloved Sri SAKTHI AMMA Sri Narayani College of Nursing,has come a long way ,when the Basic B.Sc(N) course started in the year 2006 & Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM) in 2008.

The health Care sector continues to experience shortage of both nurses & nurse educators, placing sustained pressure on nursing faculties to meet the future workforce needs. We need to leverage the infrastructures in academics to match the increasing demand of health force both locally and globally.

Keeping in mind the deep commitment and social responsibility we have added 2 more courses Post basic B.Sc., Nursing and Post graduate nursing in 2012 as a positive impact and to prepare the next generation of outstanding nurse leaders.

Subsequent to the universal pandemic situation the need of nurses is roaring, to combat it we have enhanced the seats to 100 in Basic B.Sc(N) course with all the physical ,theory & clinical learning facilities .

I assure that the learning in our institution will definitely bring a ray of light with skills & confidence to the students when they step-out to serve the global.
