Laboratories
To facilitate students learning through simulation and demonstration, the college has the following labs equipped with the latest equipments and articles.
- Nursing Foundation Lab
- Medical Surgical Lab
- Biochemistry & Physiology lab

- Community Health Nursing Practice Laboratory
- Maternity Nursing Lab

- Adequate Lecture Halls.
Nursing Foundation Lab
The lab should have adequate demonstration beds with dummies/mannequins/ simulators . it should be fully equipped with built in cupboards and racks, wash basin with running water supply, electricity and adequate furniture like table, chairs, stools. Sufficient necessary inventory articles should be there the laboratory equipment and articles mentioned in the ‘LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND ARTICLES’ published by the council should be available.
Community Health Nursing Practice Laboratory
It should have all required articles needed for practicing nursing procedures in a community set up. The laboratory should give appearance of that of a rural setting, with community maps, records put on display & cupboards. The laboratory equipment and articles mentioned in the ‘LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND ARTICLES’ published by the council should be available.
The Nutrition Laboratory
Should have facilities for impairing basic knowledge of various methods of cooking for the healthy as well as for the sick. The furnishing and equipment should include worktables, cooking cutlery, trays, and plates, dietetric scales, cooking utensils, microwave, rack\shelves, refrigerator, pressure cookers, mixie and cupboards.
Obstetrics and Gynaecology Laboratory
The laboratory should have equipment and articles as mentioned in 'LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND ARTICLES’ published by the council.
Paediatrics Nursing Laboratory
The laboratory should have equipment and articles as mentioned in 'LABORATORY EQUIPMENTS AND ARTICLES' published by the council.
Computer Laboratory
It shall have minimum computers in the ratio of 1:5 [computer students] the laboratory equipment and articles mentioned in the ‘LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND ARTICLES’ published by the council should be available.
